By accessing or using Morzepay, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To use Morzepay, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit viruses or malicious code

4. Subscription and Payment
Our paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted

Morzepay and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Morzepay Bora Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of Morzepay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to use it to provide our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morzepay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Morzepay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
